Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that he be added               
as a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 319 "An Act relating to the                  
possession of controlled substances within 500 feet of recreation and          
youth centers; and permitting municipalities to install `drug-free             
recreation and youth center zone' signs."  Without objection, it was           
so ordered.
